About the role This role provides crucial Asset Integrity & Maintenance advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives. You will be an integral part of a high performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity. To ensure your success, you will be mentored by professionals with a wealth of experience with many asset types including pressure vessels, pipelines, piping, rotating equipment and process machinery. The type of assignments may include: - Risk Based Inspection Assessments - Anomaly Assessments and Analysis - Defect Assessment, Fitness for Service Calculations and Modelling - Failure Investigations - Developing maintenance and asset integrity programmes and plans - Asset Integrity Management Systems benchmarking and audits Key Skills & Experience: - A degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion Engineering - Between 5 and 10 years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment - Familiar with CMMS interface such as SAP and workflow - Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment - An understanding of computerised integrity management software / databases - Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts - Understanding and capable of performing FFS and RBI assessment. - Review inspection reports and provide repair recommendation if required.
