**The Opportunity**: We currently have an opportunity available within our Perth office for an Operations Assistant to join on a permanent basis. As the Operations Assistant you will provide general office support including (but not limited to): - Printing, scanning, photocopying, collating and binding; - Archiving and records management; - Front of house and facilities support including meeting room setup for seminars and functions (moving furniture), and AV technical support; - Courier & Mail services including collecting and sorting mail, and arranging outgoing local/interstate couriers; - Maintaining office supplies including ordering stationery, ensuring resources are in working order; and - Other general administration tasks including provision of support to internal clients of the firm as requested.
