Responsibilities of this role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of some of our sites, including regular site visits (travel interstate required)
  • Work closely with our operations team and Customer Experience Centre to achieve monthly KPI's that include revenue growth and other goals
  • Complete audits on a monthly basis and identify compliance matters for follow up

Skills and Experience

  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrate initiative and work autonomously while remaining connected to the team
  • Industry and operations experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to analyse business reporting, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for growth and respond accordingly
  • Friendly, clear and confident communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A versatile and dynamic approach to diverse workplaces and managing team members
  • Promote a positive work environment that allows growth and feedback for employees
  • Performance driven and customer-centric
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder complaints and resolve conflict promptly and amicably
  • Highly proficient in the use of computers and digital platform such as Office 365 (Microsoft CoPilot, SharePoint, Excel etc)
