**The Role**

Our Mining client is seeking an Administration Assistant | Project Assistant on a full time casual contract for three to six months.

**Role Overview**

You will be working closely with the team and assist with proposal coordination, reporting and document control.
- Assist all departments with raising of Purchase Orders
- Consolidate electronic filing structures
- Prepare monthly reports
- Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations

Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work to tight time frames will be pivotal to your success in this role.

**Requirements**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of Document Control requirements and processes.
- Strong computer skills
- Prior resource industry knowledge is favourable but not essential.
