Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Assistant (Entry Level) at Exnovo Pty Ltd, located in Perth, WA. The Project Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to support the team with day-to-day tasks, including coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may include tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors
  • Track project progress and prepare status updates
  • Help identify risks and propose solutions
  • Assist in managing head contracts, variations, extensions of time, and progress claims
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, forecasts, and cashflows
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and project close-out activities
  • Assist with MDR (Manufacturing Data Report) compilation
  • Follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects on track

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Engineering
    or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office and project management tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative
  • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
