A large organisation who offers essential services to West Australians are looking for an experienced Planned Outage Officer in Leederville.

**Planned Outage Officer**

Our client is a State Government-owned organisation who offers essential services to West Australians, and they are looking for an experienced Power Outage Officer. Ideally, you will be someone with experience in managing difficult conversations with internal and external customers, which can be challenging at times. The role also entails a large volume of outbound phone calls to customers, this can be tedious but is a crucial part of the role, requiring attention to detail.

**Start**: Early January

**Location**: Leederville

**Hours**: Monday - Friday (Full time hours)

**Pay rate**: $35 per hour

**THE ROLE**
- Provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information to both internal & external customers to ensure agreed SLA targets are met using various corporate systems.
- Efficient handling of specialised queries and escalating where required
- Responsible for delivering your allocated rostered workload
- Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
- Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks including the escalation of issues outside of process

**THE PERSON**
- Experience in handling customer enquiries
- Effective call handling skills and telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritise
- Computer literate, able to quickly grasp the use of different systems
- Able to multitask and use various ICT systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Partake in area Emergency Response strategies to deal with Fault Calls
