We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative who excels in face-to-face client interactions and thrives in a dynamic, field-based role.

**About the Role**:
As a Business Development Representative, you will touch base at our office once a day for updates, planning, and coordination. You’ll then spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting with clients, identifying opportunities, and driving sales. This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys engaging directly with customers and thrives on achieving results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Start each day at the office to align with the team, review targets, and update on progress.
- Visit clients in the field throughout the day to present our digital signage products and solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Actively prospect new clients, schedule meetings, and conduct follow-ups to build a strong pipeline.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and maximize sales opportunities.
- Regularly report on sales activity, market feedback, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in direct sales, ideally in the digital signage or technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent time management skills for balancing office and field responsibilities.
- Comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining close communication with the team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to visit clients daily.

Pay: $51,636.37 - $71,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 14 - 38 per week
