Service Advisor

We're currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our dynamic service department. This is a front-line, high-energy role where you'll be on your feet, managing customer interactions from check-in to handover, and ensuring every service experience is smooth, professional, and memorable.

• Be the key point of contact for our valued service customers
• Help coordinate the vehicle service process by liaising with customers and ensuring progress aligns with their expectations
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Work closely with our Workshop Controller, Foreman, and Service Manager to ensure seamless operations
• Help keep the system flowing by clearing the driveway and ensuring customers waiting in our lounge are looked after and feel welcome

• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
• Comfortable using computers and systems with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about customer service, whether from hospitality, retail, or automotive
• Holds a full SA driver's license
• Previous automotive experience is a bonus but not essential. If you've worked in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and love helping people, we'll provide full training and support.
