**About the role**

We're looking for a Equipment Service Technician who will use mechanical and customer service skills and exposure to piston and diaphragm machines. Spray Painting Machines exposure is not required but will be trained thoroughly and accredited. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as with the team. You'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Repairing and maintaining spray machines.
- Providing after-sales support with trade painters.
- Managing the hire of spray equipment and the warranty on spray machines.
- Provide support to the store’s teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Managing service stock levels.

**Skills & Experience**
- Equipment repair and service experience, or a Mechanical aptitude.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Confident communications and the natural ability to build rapport.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Physical fitness - lifting is required
