Building Supervisor

We are licensed builders servicing South East Qld with the Managing Directors having over 30 years’ experience specialising in insurance repairs, body corporate and maintenance repairs.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Building Supervisor to join our team who has the ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service to our clients with excellent time management skills, servicing areas around Brisbane and/or Sunshine Coast. This role provides many benefits, along with a yearly salary of between $75K to $95k it also includes a company vehicle, IT equipment and phone.

**Your Responsibilities (Including but not restricted to)**

This role involves the below responsibilities:

- Conducting property inspections and assessments
- Preparing and compiling detailed scopes/quotes/reports on allocated jobs
- Project managing small to medium sized repair works including preparing work orders, ordering materials, organising subcontractors, coordination of job site activities
- Ensuring jobs are completed within the agreed time frame and budget
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and sub-contractors, both written and verbally
- Meeting KPI’s and SLA’s as set and determined by our clients
- Service Area comprising of Brisbane and/or Sunshine Coast

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years building experience
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Customer focussed
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Efficient time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to follow internal and external processes
- A high level of technological skills across a wide variety of computers and devices
- Hold a current and valid driver’s licence
- A strong commitment to OH&S
- Cert IV Building and Construction (study in progress)
- A professional appearance and excellent phone manner

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
