**The Company**
Specialist Construction company of Major Townhouse projects requires a talented and experienced Site Supervisor to join their construction team in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane. Our client is a stable employer with a considerable forward construction schedule within Brisbane, that values and rewards its staff.

**The Role**
Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall project construction overseeing the day-to-day activities, trades and suppliers. Supported and reporting to the Operations manger.
- Direct and supervise staff, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Manage WHS and reporting
- Assist in procurement and manage supply deliveries on-site
- Monitor labour and materials, produce work schedules, forward planning
- Monitor QA and compliance
- Monday to Friday work site, enjoy your weekends

**The Person**
- Trade qualified, QBCC Supervisor licence
- Minimum 3 years Site Supervisor experience
- White Card, Driver's Licence
- Excellent leadership, staff management and conflict resolution skills
- Able to understand engineering plans, technical plans, specifications and design instructions
- Knowledgeable of Australian Building Code, WHS, SWMS
- Proficient in On-Site Companion, Microsoft Teams desirable
- General computer software knowledge
- Written and verbal communication is clear and concise
- Organised, excellent time management, punctual and has integrity
