Are you an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for mentoring and guiding others? At **Spring Kids Early Learning Centre**, we’re searching for a confident and inspiring **Educational Leader** to take our programming and team practice to the next level

The Role

This unique **Educational Leader** position blends strategic leadership with hands-on guidance:

- **2 days per week**: Out of ratio to lead planning, support programming, mentor educators, and drive continuous improvement
- **3 days per week**: In ratio, working directly with children while modelling best practice and supporting your team in real time

Your leadership will be key to enhancing learning outcomes, nurturing reflective practice, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
- Proven experience guiding or leading a team in an early learning environment
- Passionate about mentoring others and supporting educator growth
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
