**About the Company**:
Our client, a leading Real Estate Agent in Bendigo, is seeking an experienced human resource professional to provide expertise and guidance in relation to HR matters. If you are a dedicated and passionate people leader, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career.

**Goals of the position**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will deliver expertise and support concerning employee relations while assisting in driving a positive culture at all levels of the organisation.
- Duties include, but are not limited to: _
- Provide specialised knowledge to management and staff concerning complex and sensitive people matters.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Review and implement the organisation's key human resource management functions regarding retention, succession planning, career pathways, and training requirements.
- Oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and internal investigations.
- Establish and implement learning and development initiatives and proposals.
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits to establish competitive incentive packages.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures comply with OH&S standards and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Relevant degree qualification(s) are not essential however, proven experience within a People & Culture role is a must.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, modern awards, OH&S, and HR frameworks.
- Proven experience in reviewing and implementing best practice HR systems and processes.
- Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to work with internal databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, alongside interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
