Classification: HS5
Salary per hour (exc. super): $46.99
Hours per fortnight: 64

**Do work that matters**

As a People and Culture Advisor in a leading regional health service you will provide advice and consultancy services to managers and staff across the organisation. You will work in partnership with managers to enable tailored people focussed solutions ensuring high quality outcomes. This position promotes and practices consistent interpretation and use of policies, protocols and systems, as well as the capturing and monitoring of data to enable service improvement.

**The Team**

**Your impact and contribution**
- Provide guidance and coaching to all levels of management and others in their people management and performance management responsibilities.
- Understand, interpret and advise on all aspects of employee and industrial relations.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers and staff with respect to all people related policies, protocols and guidelines.
- Work in conjunction with the Organisational Development and Improvement Division to develop and tailor education programs to ensure the professional development of staff.
- Work with managers to ensure appropriate resourcing of teams/units, including retention of staff.
- Support change management processes ensuring compliance with consultation requirements.

**What you will bring**
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field and/or demonstrated experience as a Human Resources practitioner.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to identify, develop and implement effective process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate to produce quality outcomes that contribute to strategic objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate contemporary human resources solutions and embed them in the workplace.
- Evidence of your full immunisation record as part of the on boarding process, including COVID -19 vaccination.
