FindStaff have partnered with sister company Mas National, to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Contact Centre Team Leader in their Adelaide Contact Centre. Our customer service support is growing & expanding with new sites opening last year in Canberra & Perth

**About Mas**:
Mas National are a not-for-profit business, proudly part of the IntoWork Australia Group and well regarded as an Industry Leader, providing high quality Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) services. Mas National prides itself on the high quality service and support we have delivered to Apprentices, Trainees and Employers across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland for over 20 years.
**About the role**:
Our well-established Contact Centre provides support for customers & colleagues across the national IntoWork Australia Group. We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused Team Leader to join Mas on our journey. You will be based in Adelaide CBD and will be the driving force for creating a passionate, inclusive and engaging environment for your high-performing team.
This will initially be a fixed term contract for 18 months, with potential for permanency.
Shifts are on a rotating roster, 38 hours per week with start times from 7.15am to 10.00am.
**About you**:
- ** You will have previous Team Leader experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre role, ideally with hybrid teams**:
- You love what you do working in a contact centre environment
- Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven role
- Experience with & a passion for coaching teams, as well as achieving targets
- You are a customer-centric individual with strong attention to detail
- You are committed to actively supporting & mentoring your team to grow & develop in their careers
- Have great communication skills & ability to work closely with key stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and organise work priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills with a proactive approach to your working life
