Transaction Manager

**The role**:
Due to business expansions, we are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join us. You will deliver real estate transaction manager services to an allocated client property portfolio.
This role can be based in any of our JLL corporate offices in Australia - Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra or Brisbane.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Comprehensive management of critical dates and lease events
Negotiation of new leases, licenses and renewals
Management of market rent reviews and make-good negotiations
Conducting end-to-end market searches with professional presentations
Maintaining client Occupancy Agreements and providing market insights

**Requirements**:
An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident in order to comply with our Client’s requirement to obtain and gain relevant security clearance
Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions
Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate (preferred or in progress) will be an added advantage
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Ability to manage complex issues concurrently within tight deadlines
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong teamwork abilities
