Manager, Commercial Advisory

Our **Commercial Advisory and Transactions** team provides commercial, financial, transaction management and strategic advice to clients for their major infrastructure projects. Our team understands the challenges in delivering projects across the project lifecycle, and we thrive on this complexity.

**Your Opportunity**

You will collaborate with varied clients across a wide range of projects from complex infrastructure business case development and procurement works, to transforming public transport, energy needs and protecting Australia’s culture and art collections.

You will have opportunities to contribute across the infrastructure, assets and places spectrum by:

- Supporting large scale projects from business case development through to contract award and beyond.
- Working in a client facing role, bringing unique solutions, strategic advice and managing deliverables and targets.
- Partnering with clients in major transport, health, education, arts and culture, science, energy, resources, defence, security, and justice sectors projects.

**How are you extraordinary?**
- You have skills in delivering strategic, financial, transactional, or commercial advice in respect to infrastructure projects, complex service procurement, strategy and/or transaction advisory.
- You have an interest in the use of information, data analytics, and technology to improve the way in which infrastructure projects are planned, procured, delivered, and managed.
- You are comfortable with and well known for providing strategic, procurement, commercial, and financial advice to clients.
- You have proven experience developing business cases and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.

- Your recent professional experience in management consultancy, engineering consultancy, corporate advisory, accounting or law firms, investment banking, project finance teams, infrastructure funds, construction firms or within commercial or infrastructure teams in operational businesses.
- You bring strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or similar fields.
- Experience in contract and commercial negotiations.
- The ability to develop and provide financial analysis and modelling.
- Ability to balance and prioritise tasks, and work with a high performing, energetic and results-based team.
- ** Ability to obtain baseline clearance is a high preference.**
