**Summary**:
As a Transactional Officer you will process finance related transactions across multiple end to end streams, including, but not limited to, Procure to Pay (Payables), Order to Cash (Receivables), and Record to Report (Finance and Reconciliation) in an accurate and timely manner, whilst assisting in transitioning transactional work into Corporate Finance.

**The Role & The Team**

This role will also provide high quality and timely transactional advice to Airservices employees.
- Provide consistent, high quality and timely transactional advice to Airservices employees.
- Manage workload and competing priorities to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Undertake all appropriate transactional activity to manage payables within the procure to pay framework
- Work with the Business Services team to assist in the implementation of identified automation opportunities across transactional services, including assisting in the design and development of new / improved processes as well as leveraging automation and technology.
- Undertake complex transactional activities as well as the management of exceptions and the investigation and resolution of issues

**The Person**
- Recent experience working within a finance function, or similar financial environment with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrated initiative, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set own work priorities, work consistently to a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated customer service focus and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple levels.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity with positive outcomes.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Security Clearance**
