**About the role**

As the Service Delivery Lead, you will use your specialist knowledge to develop, lead and manage a multi-functional team to effectively and efficiently deliver a range of operational, production and customer service deliverables related to transcript and recording for the Victorian Courts.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

- Proactively building and maintaining productive relationships with key internal and senior external stakeholders to foster a partnership approach on recording and transcription service delivery
- Managing the relationship and communications with external service providers to ensure recordings and transcripts are delivered and comply with the contractual requirements.
- Managing the daily allocations and rosters of recording and transcription work to the team and to external providers.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in managing a large team in a complex service delivery environment
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of transcript production, court proceedings and audio recordings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- HR, budget and financial experience
