What are we seeking?
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- A track record of working towards KPI's and meeting financial targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for driving change and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on and can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
