Mount Gravatt East, Australia Anytime Fitness - Club Roles Full time

**Our Anytime Fitness club located in Mt Gravatt East** is looking for a Club Manager who has a passion for health and fitness. Fitness experience is not required but highly desirable.

You will also be responsible for successfully managing club sales and administration duties. Through driving membership sales, overseeing gym operations, the club manager will aim to increase the club's profitability and overall performance.

**Absolute MUST skills to be successful in this role**:

- Experience in Fitness Sales
- 100% commitment towards providing OUTSTANDING customer service
- Be highly skilled at using Facebook + Instagram to drive the clubs exposure
- Demonstrate true leadership and be trusted/driven to work under limited supervision.
- Genuine desire to take full ownership of the clubs operations.
- Be available to work Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
- Retain members, renew members and re motivate non users
- Meet and greet potential and existing members
- Create a vibrant and fun club culture
- Promote the club brand and image within the local community

The successful applicant **MUST** hold the following Qualifications/requirements prior to starting employment;
- Level 2 First Aid, CPR
- Working with Vulnerable Children Card
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Proactive, organised and self-motivated
- Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness highly desirable but not mandatory
