**Mates Gym** is on the lookout for a dynamic, well-presented **Front of House Customer Service and Sales Professional** to join our vibrant team.

**About the Role**:
As the first face our members see, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. You’ll also be responsible for driving memberships and hitting sales targets—while ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels supported, motivated, and valued.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Minimum **5 years’ experience** in a similar front-of-house, customer service or sales role
**Target-driven** mindset with a proven track record in sales
**Positive, energetic attitude** with a genuine passion for helping people
**Well-presented and well-spoken** with strong communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Interest in the fitness industry is a bonus

Speaking Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu is an edge

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Greeting and assisting gym members and visitors
- Managing membership enquiries and tours
- Converting leads into sign-ups
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Supporting daily front desk operations

Pay: $46,460.00 - $87,903.05 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
