**The Role**:
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Service Manager/Operations Manager based in Rutherford NSW. Looking after our Hunter Valley Suppression team this role will actively ensure we deliver our products and services on time to the customer for installations and mobile suppression systems/servicing. The role will require a mixture of time in the office, field, and focusing on customer engagement.
- Strong background in mobile fire suppression
- Understanding of relevant Australian Standards including AS5062
- Exposure to working on mine sites and heavy machinery
- Strong people management skills
- Managing logistics and problem solving
- Experience in Account Management
- Experience with monthly forecasting & reporting
- Proven experience in successfully managing and leading a team
- Have strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to develop meetings with new and existing clients
- Ability to manage targets for sales and profit
