Nextt is on the lookout for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in **Ballarat** to provide exceptional support to a diverse range of clients in this exciting **Permanent Part-Time** position. We offer high-quality, individualised care both in-home and in the community, empowering clients to live their best lives.

**Shifts**:
In this Permanent Part-Time role, we are seeking flexible workers to work a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, and weekends. **40** Hours per fortnight

**About you**:

- Skilled in managing challenging behaviours
- Social, proactive, and able to think outside the box
- Committed to person-centred care and building capacity
- Comfortable with technology (smartphone/tablet) and clear documentation

**Your Certificates and Licenses**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
- First Aid and CPR (Current)

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
