**WHAT IS THE JOB?**

You will be on the road, moving across various jobs throughout the day, including Retail, Child Care Centres, Government & Petroleum sites, across**South Perth and surrounding suburbs.**

**You will be responsible for reactive and preventative handyperson duties, as well as grounds maintenance for commercial sites.**

**Duties**:

- Perform general grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, and weeding.
- Assist with basic gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Maintain outdoor areas by ensuring pathways, driveways, and outdoor furniture are in good condition.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance to outdoor structures, such as fences, gates, and sheds.

Key requirement:

- Min 3 years’ experience as a handyperson in the commercial industry
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance and carpentry
- Driver’s License
- A can-do attitude
