**About the Opportunity**

We currently have a great opportunity for a Handyperson to join our team. Working in with the housing team you will be responsible for performing breakdown repairs and reactive maintenance works across our Housing contract sites from South Perth to Mandurah.

- Trade qualification
- Proven industry experience in leading a team of general trades staff
- Proven experience in scheduling preventative maintenance works
- Professional & reliable with effective communication skills
- Time management skills and attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously within a team environment
