**About the role**

As the Food & Beverage Attendant - Breakfast host you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the F&B operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction aligned with Hyatt’s purpose.

You will provide and influence a personalised memorable experience in the outlets, by showing a genuine interest in the needs and preferences of the guest and delivering these in a confident manner.

You will be a hands-on player in the guest experience and work with the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service, with the customer being the focus
- Excellence in exceptional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
- Exceptional grooming standards
- Must be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
- Ability to handle guest feedback
- Able to work in Australia without restrictions
- An effective time manager with the ability to multitask and thrive in high pressure situations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
