**Company**:
This established and thriving Brisbane Based Landscape Design and Construction Practice.

They are looking for 2IC to join their busy and growing team to provide ongoing support to the foreman in the management and execution of projects.

You will be working on the top 1% blue-chip residential, multi-residential and mixed-use developments and oversee your own projects from beginning to end. This role will suit an excellent all-rounder with proven ability and understanding of quality standards, site organisation, timelines and work place health and safety. In times where the site foreman in absent, the second in charge is to assume temporary management of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organising material deliveries as needed
- Monitoring project progress, schedules and deadlines
- Managing workers and efficiency of the team
- Quality control; ensuring quality work is delivered across the board
- Contributing in daily tool box meetings
- Monitoring on site workplace health and safety (WHS)

**Skills and Experience**:

- Driver's License.
- General Construction Induction Card.
- Certificate 3 in Landscape Construction (Minimum)
- Landscape Construction License (preferred)
- MR Truck License (preferred)
- Bobcat and Excavator Tickets (preferred)
