**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is an outstanding and rare Account Management opportunity for a genuine relationship.

**THE ROLE** - You will:

- Be responsible for the management of key accounts in WA
- Lead tender responses for new business
- Build deep, partner-centric relationships with Client stakeholders
- Report to the State Manager, WA
- Retain and Grow key customers in your portfolio
- Identify client upgrades and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
- Actively liaise with national peers and manage inter-business relationships
- Comply with WHY policies and regulatory requirements
- Co-ordinate the delivery of monthly reports for key clients

**YOUR BACKGROUND** - You will have:

- A background in fleet, route, facilities management, cleaning or security services
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing key customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in forging respectful and commercial, customer relationships
- Capabilities in identifying and securing growth opportunities with existing clients
