**The role**:

- **Mentoring staff**: training, developing and mentoring food and beverage attendants, giving feedback and guidance to ensure top performance and a quality work environment for all. Working closely with owners to support staff growth as well as assist in the recruitment and development of new staff.
- **Sales star**: setting the example for product knowledge across an easily tempting menu; great communication skills and customer service superstar'ing to connect customers with treats; offer high quality food service in a bustling environment with a cool head; conduct point of sale and payment handling; help customers with pre-orders over the phone, in person and online; cash handling and end of day closing of registers reporting
- **Supply Control**: keeping track of supplies and working with owners to order more as required; maintaining workflow to ensure all staff note supply needs; product quality and wastage control, daily spot checks, on-hand product inventory management and online back-end updating
- **Madame & Yves standards**: guides solid knowledge and practice of safe food handling and hygiene practices, as well as shop processes and standards of quality; makes sure the shop and products are presented beautifully; ensures the venue is ready for service and the team are well briefed and ready
- **Store upkeep**:orchestrate opening and closing procedures smoothly, including cleaning, restocking, inventory and new order checking. Medium manual handling ability for opening and closing duties required.

**Salary**: $29.40 - $58.80 per hour
