Barista Allrounder

As a Barista Allrounder, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee creations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with daily cafe operations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee, loves interacting with customers, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Location**:
Our cafe is located at 231 Clovelly Rd, Clovelly, just a stone's throw away from the beach. With our prime location and loyal customer base, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your barista skills and build lasting relationships with our wonderful guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, making each customer feel welcome and valued
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the cafe
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Contribute to a positive work environment by working collaboratively with team members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
