**Introduction**:
As an Assistant OSHC Manager and Educational Leader you will assist the OSHC Manager in leading a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths.

Your Impact

Your leadership in the role of Educational Leader will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success.

As Responsible Person and Educational Leader you will support the OSHC Manager in compliance and be responsible for Quality Area 1 and exceeding practices.

Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.

About you

**We’d love to hear from you if you**:
Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
Have previous leadership experience
Have experience as Educational Leader
Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach
Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
Have two doses of approved COVID-19 vaccination, with the willingness to comply with additional health requirements (including booster shots)
