Killara Hotel & Suites is looking for an experienced **casual F&B SUPERVISOR**

Killara Hotel & Suites is a newly renovated, Boutique mid 70’s icon building influenced by its emerging local precinct. Cool white and grey accents, high gloss finishes and contemporary details pay homage to its original origins, highlighting the modern & contemporary look of the precinct’s 40 accommodation Rooms & Suites. **_The hotel also pays homage to a new Restaurant, Bar and Event Centre - Jacaranda dining will be serving a modern Asian & Japanese cuisine which will have indoor, outdoor casual dining seating. Three event rooms with a maximum capacity for 150 persons_**

Located only 10 kms North of the Sydney CBD, 5 minutes from Macquarie Park & Chatswood Business & Shopping District & **10 minutes’ walk from Linfield station**

**F&B SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY**
- ASSIGN WORK TASK TO RESTAURANT & KITCHEN
- ROSTERING, WORK TIME SHEET, STAFF TRAINING
- MONITOR & DOCUMENT STAFF ATTENDANCE, COMMUNICATING WITH MANAGER WHICH STAFF NOT PERFORM
- ENSURE STAFF MEMBERS FOLLOWS PROCESS AND PROCEDURE
- ENSURE STAFF FOLLOWS HEALTH CODE AND SANITAZION STANDARD
- PREPARE MANAGEMENT, VARIANCE, AND FINANCIAL REPORTS ON PERIODIC BASIS
- MANAGE EVERYDAY OPERATIONS, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MATTERS OF F&B MATTERS
- MANAGE F&B OPERATIONS TO ENSURE EXCELLENT SERVICE IN ECONOMIC AND PROFITABLE MANNER
- RESPOND QUICKLY TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS TO ENSURE HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION
- ORDERING, PURCHASING AND STOCKING F&B PRODUCT
- ASSIST WITH ACCOMODATION RESERVATION

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in a similar role, ideally working in a fast-paced F&B Hotel environment
- Hands-on leadership skills with ability to train and inspire a team
- A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
- Extensive knowledge of F&B service procedures
- Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks and ensure attention to detail
- Knowledge of local food and wine producers
- A valid RSA
- Exceptional communication skills and a bright & friendly personality
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
- Full working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $33.78 per hour
