**The opportunity**:
As an **Exercise Physiologist** (full or part-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised exercise physiology services to people within the community.

This is an exciting role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic). You’ll deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement, consistent with the values and Mission of HammondCare and Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

The current role is full or part-time in Melbourne, seeing clients based mostly in Melbourne South and West.

***About you**:

- Tertiary qualified Exercise Physiologist, with current ESSA accreditation and practical experience or sound knowledge of exercise physiology in a **Rehabilitation** or **Aged care** setting. This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings or both.
- You’re a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
