**Position Overview**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the digitisation of the FCA’s native title records, including managing the contract with the Court’s external digitisation provider, for permanent retention.
- Provide regular briefings and/or reports to the National Registrar - Native Title, including as to progress, identifying issues of concern and proposed solutions.
- Act as a point of contact and advice for the Court in regard to the maintenance and searchability of the Court’s native title digital records.
- Assist the FCA manage and process access requests to digitised and other native title records.
- Contribute to the maintenance and ongoing development of the FCA’s native title digital, information and communications platforms.
- Other duties as required.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in project management and contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing an enterprise information or records management system, including in relation to data and user security.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- High-level organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.

**Eligibility**
- Australian citizenship - the successful applicant must hold Australian citizenship.
- Security and character clearance - the successful applicant must satisfy a Police Records Check, and may also be required to complete security clearances during the course of their employment.
