- 261235**About the Role**:
The Release Manager - Scheme Platforms Environment & Release, reporting to Director of Scheme Platforms Environment & Release, is responsible for the establishment and execution of Release Management processes to support the Business System.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain the Release Management processes in consultation with relevant Business stakeholders including third party suppliers.
- Drive regular forums using work management tool set
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
- Co-ordinate the production of Release, Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans.
- Liaise with delivery partner(s) for system implementation.
- Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges.
- Produce regular Release Reporting and represent the Release program.
- Ensure all change processes are followed including Cyber assessments, Penetration testing, Go/No-Go gates.
- Co-ordinate the production of weekly Release Status Reports and review with the Director, Integration Systems Delivery and other relevant functions.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in establishing and managing Release Management processes in an enterprise business system context.
- Enterprise-level experience in managing Releases and delivering systems based on contemporary platforms and architectures (e.g. MuleSoft and Salesforce) including high level of integration to internal and external systems.
- Proven experience in, and strong knowledge of, contemporary project management, software development/configuration, testing, system delivery, governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; and an industry recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management; or SAFe Agile.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and either hold or be willing to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
