**About the Role**:
We’re on the hunt for a **qualified and driven Automotive Technician** who takes pride in their work and thrives in a team that’s all about quality, fun, high standards and unforgettable customer service. You’ll be key to making sure every vehicle leaves our yard in top condition, sparkling, safe, and ready to wow. Our workshop is buzzing with energy, process-driven precision, and endless opportunities to grow.

As part of our Pre-Delivery and Workshop team, you’ll perform both minor and major maintenance on our fleet of vehicles, troubleshoot and diagnose issues across a broad range of makes and models, and support junior technicians with guidance and mentorship.

**To thrive in this role, you will need**:

- A **Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology** - a must have
- Strong skills in diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
- The ability to quickly adapt to evolving vehicle technologies
- Problem-solver with a “get it done” mindset
- A strong sense of ownership, pride in your workmanship, and fault-finding skills
- Team player who takes pride in delivering A+ work
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, adaptable, and driven by deadlines
- A current **Driver’s Licence**

**Previous dealership experience? That’s a big plus**
