What you will do;
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely solutions and ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support technicians to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and client interactions.
What you will bring;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Level 2 support role within an MSP or IT environment.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with network troubleshooting tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
