The team is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on support across Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, virtual machines, and endpoint hardware for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including setup, patching, and ongoing updates
- Proactively monitor virtual server performance, conduct regular system cleanups, and carry out monthly backup recovery tests
- Configure and manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, VMware virtual machines, and Veeam backup solutions
- Build and configure desktops, laptops, and VoIP phone networks to meet specific client requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within an MSP or client-facing environment
- Strong skills in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Veeam
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, servers, and networked environments
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client service
