**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Coordinator to join our team, responsible for coordinating the evaluation and preparation of both patients and donors for Hematopoietic Progenitor Cell (HPC) transplantation and cellular therapies. You will play a crucial role in case managing patients throughout the transplant process, both as outpatients and inpatients, ensuring timely and efficient care. Your expertise will help guide clinical decisions, prioritise issues, and collaborate with national and international health agencies, patients, families, and caregivers.

As a clinical resource within the team, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the NATA/ISO and ABMDR guidelines that govern HPC collection procedures. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality care and outcomes, ensuring adherence to regulatory policies and acting as a key point of reference for team members and referring case managers. **About You**

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- **Qualifications & Registration**: Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.
- **Clinical Experience**: A minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice and experience leading and mentoring junior nurses.
- **Skills & Abilities**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads independently.
- **Knowledge**: A sound understanding of relevant healthcare legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems within the clinical environment.
