You are a proven sales leader with deep agribusiness experience ready to lead a large geographic region and drive our QLD team forward as a key growth market in our Agribusiness Strategy. With a strong performance focus, you have the ability to deliver growth whilst balancing this with the Bank’s risk appetite. You can tap into what motivates people and inspire them to achieve outcomes; attracting, nurturing and developing key talent within your business to ensure service is exceeded.

As a **Regional Manager Agribusiness,** you’ll get to:

- Lead a team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers across Queensland; encompassing Brisbane, Toowoomba, Dalby, St George, Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns and includes the remote servicing of Northern Territory clientele.
- Establish sales strategies for your state and ensure those strategies are understood and well executed by your team.
- Support your team through change and come out on the other side with an engaged and collaborative crew who are committed to adopting successful sales operating rhythms and who have our customers front of mind in everything they do.
- Invest in your people, providing mentoring and coaching to further their development and progression as well as timely feedback and support when it’s needed to ensure performance outcomes are achieved.
- Establish a culture built on accountability and achieving outcomes in a way that is true our values.

This is not your average Regional Manager role. You will have seat, and more importantly a voice, on the Agri Senior Leadership Team table where we will encourage you to challenge the status quo and stretch into strategic development opportunities.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days per week based out Brisbane, but you will regularly travel by vehicle to visit direct reports and customers on farm and attend field days and networking events. A company vehicle or allowance will be provided, and a clean driver’s license is a must.
