As a Site Installer at UNITA, you will report into our Site Manager and join a high calibre of employees onsite and play a vital role in facilitating the continued success of our projects.

The role is predominantly based across multiple project sites, and will be based in Melbourne.

**What YOU will be doing**
- Read and interpret plans to ensure the correct measures are completed for installation on sites.
- Be hands on with a variety of installation works.
- Ability to identify and problem solve specific install issues and provide alternative solutions.
- Work with management to undertake works against construction timelines, ensuring a high quality finish on all projects.
- Ability to forward plan and coordinate with clients.
- Motivate fellow employees and subtrades to get the job done on time.
- Maintain strong channels of communication throughout each project.

**What YOU will bring to the role**
- A minimum of 3 years working within a commercial construction environment (fit out desired).
- Valid Australian Driver’s License.
- Trade Qualifications in Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
- OH&S White Card and own tools.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Full legal working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to work overtime and weeks if required.
