**About the Role**
As a highly visible Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive strategic and operational success. Your role involves managing financial performance, optimising resource allocation, and providing expert financial insights to support informed decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure efficient allocation of resources, monitor financial performance, and provide strategic financial insights to support divisional goals.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with shared services areas.
- Provide timely, accurate financial analysis and commentary, identify risks and opportunities, and inform the development of financial reporting frameworks.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA);
- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Experience in a similar role in a similar sized organisation
