Seeking an experienced Receptionist
**Your new role**
This company is currently seeking one suitably experienced administration officer.
The Receptionist is accountable under broad direction to undertake general services and activities for their customer & guests.
Primary Duties will include:
- Meet and greet all visitors, sign them into the Visitors Book (as required) and issue the appropriate passes.
- Ensure Visitors requiring escort do not leave the foyer area without appropriate staff escort.
- Maintain the front entrance and foyer in a neat and tidy state and liaise with the cleaner to action any significant cleaning work.
- Maintain signage in the foyer, ensuring all information displayed remains current.
- In consultation with Office Manager, prepare the appropriate conference room for meetings by ensuring glasses and water jugs are available; and other tasks as required.
- Ensure all conference rooms are kept in a clean and tidy state
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you will have relevant administration or reception experience. In addition to this you will have:
- Intermediate skills with all Microsoft Office Products including Excel
- Ability to prioritise and plan multiple activities at once
- able to effectively communicate at all organisational levels
- Attention to detail
