**Garden and Property Maintenance worker**

TMT Cleaning & Maintenance has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable and passionate GARDENER and Property Maintenance Worker. The role consists of assisting with the maintenance of residential and commercial properties.

TMT Cleaning & Maintenance is a family owned and operated business offering professional but affordable services to the local communities and Sydney wide. We offer a range of services from cleaning, gardening, handyman and general landscaping. We specialise in making sure that we and our staff offer a professional, reliable, caring and consistent service to our clients.

**Duties Include, But Not Limited To**
- cleaning of all gardens and property.
- litter/leaf collection,
- weeding, mowing, edging, whipper snipping, hedging, planting, pruning, sweeping,
- General landscaping

**For This Role You Will Have**
- Attention to detail in maintaining and improving gardens.
- Permanent residency
- Clean criminal record
- A passion for working outdoors.
- A high level of fitness and energy to perform manual tasks.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Proven track record in reliability.
- Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Own Transport.
- Gardening experience preferred (but not essential)

**What TMT can offer you?**
- Hourly rate from $26 - $28 per hour + super
- Ongoing long-term role with full time hours 38 per week
