**About the role**

We have a great team of people that are passionate about project delivery and technical excellence, this role will lead drafting projects primarily based around Rail; this role is based on our Collins Street office and provides a role with flexible work from home options. We are looking for an exceptional Drafter that has had experience with rail and civil work and can manage complete project from concept to construction and is passionate about their craft.

**About You**:

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant course.
- 10+ years required experience in Rail and/or Civil.
- Advanced use of MicroStation.
- Experienced in the use of ProjectWise.
- Experience setting up projects from scratch.
- Ability to work independently and potential to lead/mentor others.
