Job Description:
Position Summary

The Quality Systems Coordinator will ensure all work practices are carried out in accordance with quality standards as well as the company’s safety policy. The primary focus is to maintain, update and ensure compliance to the quality system ISO 9001:2015. The role includes the administration, maintenance, and management of the quality management system.

Supporting the Quality team to meet internal and external compliance requirements.

In this role you will have a functional working relationship with Production and Internal Departments.

**Responsibilities**:
- Be conversant with the requirements of quality certification as described in ISO 9001:2015 standard- Undertaking internal system and method audits according to the company’s quality procedures- Coordinating Third Party Audits- Participating in the drafting and revision of quality procedures and work instructions- Training staff on the use of quality procedures- Coordinate and conduct end of month reporting tasks- Assist with Customer Complaints- Provide quality support for all departments and managemen- Promote quality improvement processes throughout the business and play an integral role in development and implementation of Terex quality functions and processes

Position Qualifications- Previous experience in a manufacturing administrative/quality assurance position- Working knowledge of Quality Management principles, associated disciplines- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 (desirable)- Internal Auditing experience- Previous experience within operational excellence system and process development- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office including spreadsheets- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks- Excellent communication skills
