**About Us**:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager - Wholesale, the FBP - Pharmacy Wholesale will be responsible for partnering with State Sales Managers to develop strategies for winning new business, retaining existing customers, and enhancing customer trading performance. You will also provide commercial support on customer and supplier agreements, technology implementations, and our Wholesale loyalty rewards program. Your insights and analysis will enable better decision-making, and you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

**What you’ll do:
- Support new business acquisition tenders through financial modelling and preparation of business cases to secure internal endorsements and approvals.
- Partner with the Commercial Manager and GM to drive commercial excellence across the Sales team.
- Develop business cases and support the implementation of technology projects (e.g., CRM and the B2B platform).
- Identify key drivers of customer performance to drive improved customer profitability.
- Articulate a clear and concise customer story that informs the Executive Leadership of business performance.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams overseeing Merchandise and Supply Chain to form an integrated view of business performance. Lead the production of accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting for the Pharmacy Wholesale business.**About the Role**:
**What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance-related discipline.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Strong financial modelling and understanding of investment appraisal (NPV, Return on Capital etc)
- Finance and management accounting experience with strong technical, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
- A strong commercial focus with the ability to distill data into clear, actionable reports.
- Experience in partnering with business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing performance metrics, financial analysis, and reports to guide decisions and drive business performance.
- Strong ability to provide insightful financial tools and analytical frameworks for better decision-making.
- Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
