A bit more about you
In the role of Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing enterprise marketing plans that deliver pipeline results to plan and enrich the Adobe brand across the enterprise sector of the market. You will partner with sales leaders to assess existing and emerging opportunities in developing your go-to-market plans. You will work together with the regional marketing team to develop annual and quarterly plans that deliver partner, segment and lifecycle results required to achieve targets. You will be accountable for delivering all aspects of the marketing plans across Digital Marketing products in coordination with regional digital and production teams.

What you’ll do
Establish annual marketing plans that achieve sales pipeline targets for Enterprise Accounts based on Adobe’s business and worldwide objectives. Provide counsel and insights to the APAC regional marketing team on the design of marketing initiatives relevant for your vertical markets. Developing a keen understanding of customers, industry-specific needs, business environments and Adobe products/strategies will be the keys to your success. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, industry analysts and partners will also be important.

Introduce new marketing approaches, processes and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in meaningful ways and thereby achieve results. You will actively incorporate changes into your planning and work with the regional team to both request and adopt change.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to a specific industry or vertical and working in close alignment with the ecosystem. - Account based marketing experience - Proven success in developing customer-focused, marketing strategies including deployment, measurement, evaluation of return and optimization using innovative approaches. - Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and experience working across matrix organizations (working effectively with regional marketing, sales, and marketing operations will be keys to success). - Ability to be flexible to thrive in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment Adobe for All
