**Job Description**:
Our company is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established company that values work-life balance, offering a 4-day working week with flexibility to work from home one day a week or 5-day working week.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Repairs and Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair requests from tenants, liaise with landlords and tradespeople, and conduct property inspections to assess repair or renovation needs.

2. Communication Skills: Maintain strong communication channels between tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient resolution of property issues.

3. Tenant and Landlord Relations: Demonstrate a good understanding of tenant and landlord obligations, provide accurate and clear information regarding rental agreements, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

4. Organizational Skills: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively, follow up on requests and commitments, and deliver high-quality service to both tenants and landlords.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes.
- Familiarity with landlord and tenant laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
